The LBC Home Improvement Grant is awarded twice a year to low-income or elderly households in need of repairs! The grant can be used on most types of exterior repairs ranging from roof repairs, soffit, fascia, siding, a new ramp, painting, & much more!
The LBC Board of Directors will review all applications and will vote on the one they see to be the one in most need. If you are not chosen, you are welcome to re-apply next time! No one household can be awarded the grant twice within 3 years.
Here’s an outline of the grant program:
1. Applicants can apply for home repair grant if they are elderly (65+) or your household income is below the national poverty line. (chart outlining this will be posted on our website).
2. Total project (material and labor) shall equal $2,500 or less.
3. Our board will vote to award this grant twice a year - one in the 1st half, the other in the 2nd half.
The timeline is structured as follows: The initial grant application period occurs in January and February each year. In March, the board will vote to award the grant to the household deemed most in need. A second application period will take place in July and August, with voting scheduled for September to select the applicant whose household is deemed most in need.

Exciting News for Leachville business owners! The Leachville Beautification Corporation's new "Hometown Business Improvement Grant" is designed to be a resource for local business owners to refresh their storefront and make their business look it's best!
When the application periods open, we will post on social media and alert our followers in the newsletters that you should apply. The LBC Board of Directors will review all applications and will vote on the winner. If you are not chosen, you are welcome to re-apply next time! No one business can be awarded the grant twice within 3 years.
